GIFT! YAY! I think mine would be blue. In the first books the color seems connected to eye color, and in that case my gift would be aqua-blue/sky-blue color. Or just blue in general.
I find it would reflect my personality quite well. A dreamer, calm and in general always happy :)
Anything Emelan. I couldn’t even finish The circle of Magic, and I don’t remember storyline nor characters. Sorry :/ I don’t know why, but those books weren’t my thing. Maybe I was just too obsessed with the Tortall-univers to appreciate anything else, but I have to say the few books I actually read from Emelan are my least favorites.
Picking Emelan is an easy way for me to not have to pick a Tortall-book I like the least. I feel like I’m cheating because I don’t remember the books, and haven’t even read them all, but I really don’t want to have a least favorite ;)
Nawat Crow <3 I don’t know why this character appeals to me so much, but he’s a dream man to me (: He’s described so innocent, yet wise and kind, and I can’t help but having a little reader’s crush on him (:
Uff, that’s hard, but I must choose Kel (: She’s such a strong character, and I admire her, even though she’s fictional, for being able to pull through the years as the only female page and squire. She’s also very fair and honest, always trying to do her best. with what she’s got, in general she posses so many qualities I wish I had, I can’t help but love her (:
Of course there are a few things I dislike, but I will not mention them for now (: Her hole back-story is fantastic to me for some reason, and I can’t help but love her books.
Tortall, no doubt. I actually only ever read four books from Emelan, and didn’t like them that much. I don’t know why, but they didn’t appeal to me very much, so I put the down. I don’t even remember the storyline nor the characters…
Tortall on the other hand contains all my favorite characters from my childhood! I used to daydream about living in Tortall! It’s hard to describe how much these stories have changed my life! Tortall <3
